SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

PART A: SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping costs are free for purchases over €59 for deliveries throughout Greece.
  • Shipping costs are free for purchases made via card or bank deposit for deliveries throughout Greece.
  • The standard shipping cost to your location is €3.50 throughout Greece.
  • The cost for shipping and pickup from a local Geniki Taxydromiki store is €2.50.
  • The cash on delivery (COD) fee is €2.00.

2. DELIVERY TIME

  • If you are located within Attica or any other city in Greece (excluding islands and remote areas), you will receive your order within 4-5 working days.
  • If you are located on an island, you will receive your order within 4-5 working days.
  • For remote/inaccessible areas, delivery requires 4-5 working days.
  • Tip 1: If you are working and there is no one at home to receive your order, we advise you to state your work address as the shipping address. Orders are typically delivered between 9:00 and 17:00, hours during which you will likely be at work.
  • Tip 2: To facilitate the delivery process, please include your mobile phone number in your contact details.

3. IN-STORE PICKUP

  • If you have chosen to pick up your order from a physical store, our associates will notify you by phone when it is ready for collection at your selected store.
  • Your order will remain available at the designated store for 3 working days from the date of notification.
  • If you do not collect your order within this 3-day period, your order will be automatically canceled.

PART B: RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL You have the right to return the entire order or part of it without being obliged to inform us of the reason for the return, within a period of 14 working days from the date of receipt. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products. In the event that the return is due to a company error, we commit to bearing the full cost of the return.

You are obliged to send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, meaning its packaging must be intact and all special product markings and tags must not be removed. Additionally, you must include the retail sales receipt. Returns will only be accepted upon approval by the company.

2. IN-STORE EXCHANGES Exchanges for purchases made from our online store can be processed at any of our physical stores.

3. EXCHANGE LIMITS The consumer has the right to make up to 2 exchanges, regardless of whether the order was placed at our physical stores or through our online store.

4. REFUNDS & RETURN PROCESS In case of product returns, depending on your chosen payment method and the way the return is processed, your refund will be completed within 8 days from the date we receive the products.

In case the return is due to a company error, vavatsi.gr commits to dispatching a courier to the address you specified to collect the order at our own expense. From the moment the product is dispatched from your location, vavatsi.gr receives it within 2-3 working days for returns within Greece via Geniki Taxydromiki. If you choose an alternative shipping company, we cannot provide any guarantee regarding the delivery and transit times of the returned products.

Once we receive the product, we will immediately process your request and notify you via e-mail regarding its resolution within 6-7 days.

  • The standard return/exchange fee is €7.

5. DETAILED RETURN GUIDE A necessary condition for any return is that the product must be in its original packaging and in the same pristine condition in which it was received, accompanied by the retail sales receipt and all special product tags (labels). The consumer retains the right to perform up to two returns, covering the return shipping costs to the company.

Please Note:

Sale Items: No refunds are issued for products purchased on sale or offer.

Hygiene Restrictions: For hygiene reasons, our company cannot accept returns on swimwear, tights, and earrings.

Quality Control: All products returned to the vavatsi.gr warehouses undergo meticulous quality control.

Return Address: If you wish to return the products you purchased, they must be sent to the following address: vavatsi.gr

In-Store Pickups: Store collections must be completed within one week after being notified of the product’s availability at your selected store.
